the problem with the car was not resolved. my car is a 2016 nov 1 series m . there is a clank which sounds like two metal pieces banging when going over undulating road surfaces. tailgate striker was adjusted but this has not solved the issue.
Had to repair my car due to coolant leak and Will Lucie-Smith was beyond helpful. Super happy with the service and price too!
As per the comment above.The only apologetic staff member who wanted to help was a lady who worked within the servicing team. The manager however, refused us at one point to leave with our car, when we had our two young children with us.
Made sure everything was ok, gave me a loan car

My Dash-cam had been disconnected and not reconnected and it (slightly) smelt like some food had been eaten in the car.That being said, Matt in service provided the usual high quality of service that Nick used to provide.
As stated above above, I was not fully briefed as to what work needed doing, was not kept abreast of progress and was offered a very weak excuse as to why I couldn't have my car back when promised.
Well organised and kept me informed on progress while I waited. Job took the time they said it would. They cleaned the car thoroughly as well.

The service was very good, I was kept informed on the car's progress, throughout the day. I was also given a courtesy car.
Easy to book in, easy to leave the car at the garage, easy to collect. Clearly a lot of work and thought by the garage has gone into making each customer experience excellent.

The only issue was that the car was due to be picked up between 8.00 am and 10.00 am, as I had to go out.Chandler's driver did not arrive until 11.00 am, causing me to miss an appointment.
I opted for the waiting service and although I was told it would take 1.5 hours it was ready in 1 hour - serviced and sparkling clean.

Easy to book a service and able to leave my car for a 'while you wait' service. Nice to collect a clean car and internal valet too.
did not remove the service light from the car i drive system which is annoying so i will have to return using my time so they can clear it, signatures in service books are false and not real signatures just an illegible scribble

As already stated the depth of knowledge of the sales person was not as impressive as it could have been although he did admit to being new[ish] and did check with his superior on a number of occasions but still some information was wrong.
We were dealt with efficiently and with care.

Ian James was fantastic. He is extremely knowledgable and very patient with us, as we tend to ask lots of questions! We were lucky enough to be looked after by him when we bought our previous car, and we delighted to find him still at the dealership.
The Sales team were always clear and fair in their dealings with me, and delivered exactly what we'd agreed.
