No issues carried out quicker than expected
They did not stamp my book even though it was left on the passenger seat so I had to go into the garage again. The parking is a walk from the showroom entrance and I was 40 weeks pregnant with a toddler so a space to drop the car would be nice.

I have tyre insurance. At my last service the indication was that the tyres were still legal but would need replacing soon. When I had a flat it was then deemed that they were past their useful life. Confusing information !

I cannot remember the name of the man on the service desk who organised everything for me recently but he was fantastic and it was customer service to be proud of! I was very stressed with a flat battery and everything was sorted for me quickly

Initial booking was great customer service, after this it has failed entirely.
I dealt with Matt Clare who was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure that everything was dealt with in a more than satisfactory manner.
The service and MOT were completed effectively and on time. I have only given 4.5 stars as car not returned until following morning.

Four stars due to an unfortunate minor scratch on the rear boot lid - although accepted and agreement to contact me to arrange a check and polish out I have as of yet received no contact.

When my car was returned , it was delivered to the wrong address and the keys posted through completely the wrong letterbox , I was extremely lucky that the car wasn't stolen .
The courtesy "valet" and car clean was thoroughly disappointing. The back floor mats weren't touched and the front of the car had barely been cleaned. I expected better from BMW especially after paying the prices you charge.

Prompt efficient service
Its an odd one. I'm told BMW F10 wipers jump when the stop button is pressed. I still find this hard to believe as I have driven many BMW's and none of them have this issue. As for checking the automatic light software. this wasn't done
My car was MOT tested and they collected and returned it to my address. I was very pleased that they had cleaned it to a very high standard

The staff. They all, from the ladies on reception, to the men on the service desks, to the lady dispensing coffee, make one feel like an individual.

Last work (wheel refurb and warranty replacement) was easy to arrange, convenient and carried out quickly/effectively. One minor complaint is that my car was returned with oily marks on the seat and door leather.
As evergood service
Second visit was excellent as fault seems to have been properly rectified. Earlier visit only reprogrammed faulty exhaust gate valve but did not cure the fault.
Efficient friendly staff, at the Brighton site, once you get through to the site, however, I feel that no longer having direct line, dedicated on site receptionists when you phone in is a retrograde step.

Slick, efficient and comfortable. Nice coffee (with biscuit!) plus wi-fi. Went for MOT, but the car needed a brake service too which extended the visit, so would have been useful to have known that in advance.
