Booking experience was bad, no notification confirming appointment and then the staff didn't understand the bill I was expected to pay
I would have given five stars but the price originally quoted was quite high but I went on line and found the price to be far cheaper and then booked it on the phone with the proviso that the price would be as shown on line. Almost booked elsewhere.

The courtesy car we were allocated was manual, despite having had a lengthy conversation with Dean (service manager) about how we (all) no longer felt comfortable driving other than an automatic. Consequently we could not use it.
Mini experience has been excellent. I have 2 minis and both have been well looked-after by Chandlers in the past year. BMW was a mixture of good and bad experience. Example in first comment and a 4.5 hour wait for MOT and single tyre replacement

Professional and polite
Car came in for 1st service and extremely annoying dash rattle . Despite the fact that we were told the rattle had been fixed and I quote

Despite highlighting the speaker issue, it was deemed just reverberation. There is clearly something wrong with the speaker, as no others exhibit the problem. Worst was the damage to my wheel, which no one highlighted but was very obvious.
Happy with service received with work for Service & MOT. Always kept informed and up to date with work carried out. Excellent customer service from all staff, efficient team. (Portsalde/Brighton).
Attention to detail. Service personnel who actually know their business. Rare these days.
There was nobody at Service from where I was to pick up my car so I, and another customer just stood around aimlessly, albeit not for a hugely long time. Gone are the days when you are offered a coffee! (First World problems! ??)

Sean really looked after me and I felt like he went the 'extra mile' to ensure I got the right car.
Matt at reception, greeted me as a customer he had looked after several times before. He knew me and what was required. Excellent coffee and service in a comfortable waiting area.

Car was returned to me from an MOT and on starting the car I was greeted with a myriad of warnings. Car had to be kept overnight to rectify the fault and I was told I would be contacted when the car was ready but I had to call.
The service was quick and less than quoted. However, a panel wasn't secured correctly which required me to return to the dealer to be corrected. I requested a bodywork quote for a SMART repair, and I am still waiting to receive it by email.
Pleasant staff that make you feel valued as a BMW customer
My car was serviced, MOT'd and warrenty checked all in the same day and washed and valeted as well.
Job done very efficiently.
The onboard computer was not reset after its service, now when I turn the car on a reminder pops up every time to say a service is needed. I now have to return so this can be reset. The valet was under par as well. The boot was not cleaned at all

It was a pleasure to meet Ashley Langley. A very nice guy who I felt had my interest at heart. He responded quickly to emails and phone calls. Agreed an acceptable trade in deal. Shame it did not arrive on 1st March although I ordered it before Xmas.
The dealership were a breath of fresh air compared to the previous dealership I dealt with and although they are over a 40 mins drive from my home, whereas the nearest dealership is 15 mins, it is worth the extra time. Greg Lindley was fantastic!

My first visit took 5 hours. My second visit to pick up the car was about 3 hours. Paperwork had mistakes. I was sent someone else's forms. My document were handed to me in a cheap plastic folder I would have preferred to purchase online
