The service was quick and easy
On arrival , I was asked if I wanted to wait as it wasn't going to take too long , and was told that there was a drinks machine and could help myself to refreshments, it was both comfortable and safe with guidelines being followed, what a service .
I was very impressed with the person named Alice who handled our custom with care
Prompt service for replacement tyre.
Issue dealt with and resolved efficiently. Toby was knowledgable and friendly in our dealings.

Shame the coffee machine was out of order.

In all honesty, this rating is entirely because of the amazing service I have received from my sales executive (Amer) and the General Sales manager (Chris). They are both very helpful, professional, patient and supportive.
Obviously due to Covid restrictions, not the usual experience, but considering the limitations, it all went smoothly.
We took delivery during lockdown so our experience was very different from our previous times but the staff succeeded in making sure that we were still taken care of.
Easy and hassle free purchase! Didn't have to hang around waiting for a sales person when we wandered in on the off chance, he was easy to deal with and no waffle. Collection straightforward and easy despite lockdown.

Very courteous , informative , clear and comfortable experience an in view it was in the pandemic it was very safety orientated.
Considering we did most everything over the phone and/or email, I think I actually prefer to the Covid-safe procedures, less time in the dealership, more time driving my new car.
At the ending of the purchase, Mark Brown from the Brighton branch was very helpful and dealt with the purchase perfectly
