Outstanding customer care
Always polite and good service
Work was done efficiently however on previous occasions our car has been valeted prior to its return. This was not done this time !! Was there a reason or was this an oversight ?

The recall was done and the car given a wash & vac.
The Service team are very helpful and efficient as are any of the other team members I've come into contact with.

They are a very good crowd at Portslade and very good Coffee and Mags if you have to wait.

Service completed early. Not a complete 5/5 as the service interval commenced on the day the vehicle was produced and not the day I purchased it. So vehicle had to be serviced slightly earlier than the expected 2 years or 17000 miles.
Once again efficiently dealt with and always felt appreciated.

No one seemed to know what was going on
Would not drive the car back because they thought the tyres were too worn, yet the tyre specialist said the car was clearly safe to drive. In addition, we asked for the car to be valeted but this was poor and the car had only had a light clean.
Although I still some element of the rattle referred to above the staff are a credit to the brand.
They kept me informed at all times and said that as my car was just out of warranty they would contact BMW to see what costs could be covered if necessary.

They made their best efforts to investigate the gearbox problem and get BMW warranty to the support claim but were unsusscessful.

I had to chase a warranty issue on several occasions and still don't have a satisfactory answer.
Checking the car in was a bit impersonal, but on collection I had a good dialogue with the service agent on the future of electric cars especially the e3.
i have been a customer at this centre for the last 12 years and i would not take my car or motorbike anywhere else.

I would have given five stars but the price originally quoted was quite high but I went on line and found the price to be far cheaper and then booked it on the phone with the proviso that the price would be as shown on line. Almost booked elsewhere.

The courtesy car we were allocated was manual, despite having had a lengthy conversation with Dean (service manager) about how we (all) no longer felt comfortable driving other than an automatic. Consequently we could not use it.
Ian James was helpful, attentive and tuned in to what we wanted. We would certainly recommend him. We are delighted with the car and know we'll get great after sales service.
