All brilliant, was asked when I made an appointment for a service if there was anything else and I mentioned a small matter which was forgotten on the day but easily sorted when I enquired.
Chandlers always do a good and reliable job on the various cars that I have purchased from them over 40 years. Nothing is too much trouble. It is a pleasure to visit Chandlers. I do not know the inside of an engine but I have never been patronised.
Again, never had a bad experience with Chandlers service department. Matt is a top man and glad to see he has been promoted along the way.

Liked the automated booking in didn't receive a text regarding pick up a car not ready till nearly 6 o'clock, could also see car just got a quick hose down, once again obviously too busy.
My recent car service , I dropped off at 8 am and requested 2-4 pm collection . 1730 still no one had contacted me and I just turned up to find my car was actually ready , how long I do not know . Appalling No one contacted me and very annoyed .
There really is nothing more that they could have done to make things any easier.
