Chandlers Brighton have a highly successful aftersales department and are preparing for a promising year ahead. They are looking for a motivated Technical Apprentice to join the aftersales team.
About the position
Reporting into the Service Manager, this position will include training with the manufacturer aswell as in-house training with our experienced and highly successful service team.
This position is a great opportunity for an entry level candidate as all levels of experience are welcome to apply. The duties of the role will evolve over time, but initially will include:
Undertaking all college and company training and development to successfully complete the Audi Apprentice Scheme to expected and agreed standards.
Accurately and skilfully undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles under line manager supervision and direction, whilst detecting and diagnosing any addition faults for further repair ensuring all work is completed safely and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
Attending block release at the nominated training centre as directed, complete all requested tasks to the expected standards and discuss progress with the workshop.
Undertaking all additional training and development in the retail facility follow instructions given by the Workshop Controller and observe and assist Technicians.
